高雄市一名35歲李姓女子指控，一名年約50歲的男網友故意弄破保險套，除了打她還搶劫。警方調查後發現疑點重重，才讓李女吐實「沒遭搶」，且發現是起性交易，將她依誣告罪函送，至於傷害部分還有待釐清。
李女在「爆料公社」臉書社團控訴，1月22日下午4時到晚間7時，一名性工作者「小妹」在鼓山區一間汽車旅館被侵犯，「惡淫蟲惡劣故意弄破保險套，內O在第一次出來工作的小妹妹。事後不但打她，還沒付錢就逃跑走了！這個事情有報警，小妹也有帶去驗傷，可是警察那邊仍然是找不到人。」
文中並附上拍攝男子的影片，「希望能夠請你們幫忙主持正義，肉搜出這個淫蟲！」影片中，男子見李女拍攝急忙擋住鏡頭，用外套蓋住臉；李則說，「你打我啊，最好打一下，告傷害啦」、「這性侵人啦，還遮！我跟你說報新聞，你被肉搜後要怎麼做人」、「你以為我沒有黑道兄弟嗎」。

警方當晚9時半接獲李女的報案指財物被搶，立刻趕到現場。李女稱，和網友相約在摩鐵，沒想到被打，且1萬元也遭搶走。由於案情疑點重重，她在警方的追問下，才坦承是以4000元代價進行性交易，但完事後發現套子破裂，懷疑是對方故意所為。
李女並指控，她在洗澡時，1萬元財物被陳男拿走，她發現後遭對方抓頭撞牆；她後來改口，陳在離去前，丟下1萬元給她當賠償。警方見李女的說詞反覆、避重就輕，持保留看法，後來查出房間費用是男子支付。這下她才坦承，為引起警方重視才謊報遭搶，但堅持有被打，提出傷害告訴。
警方訊後將李女依誣告罪、性交易部分依違反《社會秩序維護法》函送。警方也透過監視器畫面追查男子的身分，希望他主動到案說明，以釐清傷害罪部分的案情。
